Our ‘Mobility Cards’ are designed to be carried if you need extra assistance with boarding or navigating your journey on ferries.

Those cards are optional, and here to help you only if you need it. If you are not carrying one, our friendly staff will always be available to assist you.

A card the size of a business card that fits in anyone’s wallet or travel card pouch, the ‘Mobility Cards’ are easy to read and understand, both for customers and staff. They include a range of options that customers can easily fill-in information about themselves.

It is available in a folded version from our three manned wharves (Circular Quay, Barangaroo and Manly) or upon request, and also as a downloadable print-at-home version via the links below:
