Harbour City Ferries (HCF) commenced on July 28th 2012 as the operator of Sydney Ferries on the behalf of the NSW Government (Transport for NSW and the NSW Minister for Transport) for a period of seven years.
Harbour City Ferries employs around 650 staff at any given time and operates 170,000 services per year at 35 wharves throughout Sydney Harbour and its related waterways. We undertake 15 million customer journeys on 32 ferries and 6 classes of vessels.
