North Head Quarantine Station

The Quarantine Station is a series of heritage-listed buildings at North Head, near Manly. Its original purpose was to quarantine those travelling on migrant ships, which were suspected of carrying contagious diseases.It now comprises a hotel, conference centre and restaurant complex known as Q Station. It’s a great place to rejuvinate whether you have a couple of hours or a few days. It also runs hugely popular ghost tours and is also reputed to be one of the most haunted sites in Australia.
